Energy Sessions are done in-person or over Zoom, to be specified upon sign up.

Energy work incorporates Yoga, Reiki, and the Akasha (or the Records/Akashic Records, if you’d prefer). It’s somewhat impossible to pin down any specialty demographic for this type of session.

This is for those who are curious about the depths of themselves beyond the day-to-day experience, those who want clearer soul access and less confusion around their own inner guidance, and to anyone interested in the mystical process. You can consider it a reading and a clearing.

It is a supplement to your spiritual and holistic wellness journeys and it is meant for anyone and everyone. This type of session is typically done while you lay down, but you’re always welcome to sit or move around as needed. After the initial discussion and prep work there is no need to talk but you are welcome to talk and ask questions as much or as little as you like. The point is to feel as comfortable as possible, in every sense of the word. From there, our subtle body systems establish a partnership to explore the internal workings of you. I am simply a medium that your system uses to call into your conscious awareness what it wants you to see and understand. Whether or not it feels like it, you are always running the show.
