Continuing Education Program

Anatomy Series, fully online

February 10th - March 17th, 2026

12 hours total, Wednesday evenings 630-830pm MST, with 2 week access to the lecture replay if you cannot attend live.

This is meant for the movement teacher who wants to not just memorize terms but understand how all the different parts fit together and create infinitely unique body shapes, elements, and movement patterns. We’ll discuss exercise science and loading principles on top of anatomy and physiology.

We are not a one-size-fits-all humankind. Let’s not teach movement and exercise that way.

While introductory in nature the knowledge and application will be vast and meant to immediately enhance both your own practices and your offerings.

We will explore the spine and upper and lower extremities, from bony structures to ROM to common injuries and so much more.

Meditative Energy Series

Clearing the Channel

A 2-hour movement and meditation event to clear our physical and energetic channels for a deeper and more connected meditative experience. Depending on the session and the group we explore soul communication, earth relationship, the role of embedded patterning from this life and other lifetimes, and more. Each session is a unique inner adventure.

The movement is yoga asana-based and tends to be more active and advanced in nature. This doesn’t mean you aren’t welcome! We walk through big stuff and you have the option to adjust the practice in the moment for exactly what you need.

Dates and themes:

Thursdays, 630-830pm MST

October 9th, 2025 - Full range of the spine, grounding and balance

December 4th, 2025 - Forward folds, look within, internal growth

February 5th, 2026 - Heart opening, expand and attune

April 23rd, 2026 - Playtime (balance and inverting), open heart

Reformer Introduction Course

4-week series

If you’ve ever wanted to learn about Pilates and try the reformer in an environment that is made for you as a complete beginner, this is the program to sign up for.

In this introductory series you will become familiar with the engagements, exercises, and typical instructions of Pilates as well as the reformer itself.

You will leave this 4-week container knowing how to set up the reformer for your body as you move through a public class anywhere. Up to 4 people, for 4 weeks.

$500 (for all 4 people, or $125/person).

Reformer Strength

A 6-week program utilizing Pilates exercises, dumbbells, bands, and heavy spring loading on the reformer to work muscles to their max and build strength alongside endurance.

This will be challenging, you will work to failure. That’s where change is made.

Prior experience on the reformer is required.

Up to 4 people, for 6 weeks.

$1000 (for all 4 people, or $250/person).
